RTO Job Scope: To carry out full time site supervision as Resident Technical Officers as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations Contract period is 27 month to cover the construction of a 7-storey warehouse and a 11-storey mixed use facility at Sungei Kadut St 1 Contract start date: Oct 2026 Total 2 RTO position to be filled, to assist the lead RE and the other 3 RTOs, covering the supervision of structural and architectural works Remuneration: In addition to monthly salary, 1 month of AWS for will be provided upon completion of 12th month and 24th month of service respectively 2.5 months of gratuity to be released upon completion of contract Job Requirements: With valid RE/RTO certificate issued by IES Minimum 5 years working experience in building works supervision
