About this role

Employment Type: Full-time • Handle general admin tasks ( filing, scanning, record keeping ) • Responsible for purchasing and sourcing of materials, liaising with suppliers for delivery issues. • Data entry of delivery orders and invoicing • Assist in payment matters — compile and check invoices and SOA at the end of the month. Requirements: • Entry-level candidates are welcome ( training will be provided ) • Ability to speak Chinese ( to communicate with suppliers & workers ), knowledge of Excel & MYOB System is an advantage.
