Site Supervisor (Construction)

Job Description We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site operations. Manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule. Enforce workplace safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections. Ensure work complies with project specifications and quality requirements. Report site progress, issues, and manpower requirements to the Project Manager. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities when required. Maintain proper site records and documentation. Requirements Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. At least 3 years of construction site supervisory experience. Experience in building, civil engineering, or piling projects is an advantage. Good leadership and communication skills.
