Supervisor

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse, logistics, production or manufacturing operations. Manage manpower allocation, task assignment, shift handover and daily workflow planning. Monitor operational targets, productivity, quality, safety and overall team performance. Oversee inbound, outbound, receiving, dispatch, picking, packing, stock movement, assembly or production activities, depending on assigned department. Conduct daily briefings, operational updates and performance reporting where required. Ensure goods, materials or production output are handled accurately and according to SOP. Support inventory checks, stock accuracy, cycle counts, documentation and system updates where applicable.
