Own the IKEA Family and IKEA Family Kids’ Club agenda, creating relevant and engaging member experiences through loyalty campaigns, programme updates and targeted communications that supports overall business objectives. Drive strategic brand collaborations, sponsorships and partnership initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise business and brand impact. Oversee market intelligence, marketing budgets and performance evaluation to ensure marketing investments deliver measurable results and actionable insights.
