Purchaser (Japanese-Speaking)

1.Prepare and send purchase orders to suppliers in Japan 2. Communicate &negotiate prices directly with Japanese vendors 3. Ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency 4.Coordinate with internal teams on inventory and procurement needs 5. Seek the best deals while maintaining strong supplier relationships 6.Fluent in Japanese (written & verbal) – ability to correspond professionally with suppliers 7.Fluent in English or Chinese 8.Experienced in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (advantageous) 9.Strong negotiation and communication skills 10.Organized, proactive, and able to work independently 11.Familiarity with F& B industry is a plus
