We build technology that helps freight move more intelligently across road, air and ocean — solving real logistics complexity through software. Our products handle real-time events, high data volumes, and mission-critical workflows used across global supply chains. We’re looking for a Backend Engineer (or Fullstack engineer with strong backend capability) who is executing confidently today and ready to start owning more. This is an opportunity to work closely with product, design and engineering to build enterprise-grade software using Elixir / Phoenix, while growing into broader technical ownership and influence. What you’ll work on: • Distributed systems and event-driven architecture • Real-time freight and logistics workflows • Data orchestration and reliability engineering • Production systems, deployments and CI/CD • AI-enabled engineering practices using coding agents and agentic tooling • (For Fullstack candidates) React / TypeScript interfaces and end-to-end delivery We believe engineers should understand the why , not just the ticket. You’ll be encouraged to challenge assumptions, contribute to architecture decisions, improve tooling and quality standards, and take ownership beyond code delivery. What we’re looking for: • Around 4–6 years building production-grade backend systems • Elixir / Phoenix experience strongly preferred • Distributed or event-driven systems experience • Strong database and infrastructure fundamentals (PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, CI/CD) • Practical use of AI-assisted engineering tools • Thoughtful communicators who collaborate well and care about building quality software Bonus points for: • React / TypeScript • Real-time or high-load systems • Logistics / supply chain technology …
