Sales Admin Support (Data Entry)

We are a vegetable distribution company serving B2B customers. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to support the team in daily sales and administrative operations. Job Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders in system Handle basic customer enquiries Coordinate orders and indents Ensure orders are prepared on time Update, finalise and print/ send invoices Assist with general sales admin support duties Other ad hoc tasks or projects Requirements Responsible with great attention to detail Able to work independently and prioritise tasks during busy period Positive attitude and able to work well with others Basic computer skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Chinese speaking customers) Working Hours and Location 5.5 days work week: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm, Saturday 7.30am to 12.00pm (timing can be discussed) Possible future transition to 5-day work shift arrangement Work location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre (5 minute walk from Haw Par Villa MRT) Shortlisted candidates will be notified.
