Job description: We’re looking for a dynamic, people-oriented Store Manager to head our new wellness-lifestyle concept store where retail meets live commerce. At Shop Kang 康坊, we believe wellness belongs in every home. You’ll lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage daily operations, and host occasional live sessions showcasing our curated products. Key Responsibilities Store Leadership & Operations - Lead, coach, and motivate retail team to achieve store sales & KPI targets. - Ensure daily operations run smoothly – opening, closing, cash handling, rostering, inventory. - Uphold store visual standards, aroma, cleanliness, and merchandising displays. - Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory accuracy. Sales & Customer Experience - Deliver a welcoming, advisory experience to customers. - Train team on wellness product knowledge (herbal teas, aromatherapy, home devices). - Handle VIP customers, feedback, and service recovery when needed. Marketing & Live Commerce - Coordinate weekly Shop Kang LIVE sessions – plan featured products, prepare team and store setup. - Support content creation (product demos, short clips, collaborations). - Liaise with HQ Marketing for campaigns, sampling events, and community outreach. People Management - Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members. - Conduct performance reviews, set monthly targets, and manage commission tracking. - Build a culture of professionalism, calm energy, and teamwork aligned with Shop Kang values. Reporting & Administration - Submit daily sales reports, inventory updates, and weekly store performance summaries. - Monitor expense control, petty cash, and supplier coordination. Requirements - Minimum 3–5 years’ retail experience, with at least 2 in supervisory or management role. - Background in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or boutique retail preferred. - Strong people leadership & customer-service mindset. - Good communication skills. - Comfortable with camera/live commerce formats (training provided). - Organized, mature, calm under pressure, and hands-on. - Able to work retail hours/weekends We Offer - Competitive salary + sales incentive + performance bonus. - Staff purchase privileges across Refresh Group brands. - Career growth into Area Manager / Brand Trainer / Live Commerce Lead. - Supportive environment promoting wellness and learning.
