Sales Manager SGD 7,000 - SGD 8,500 (Depending on years of experience and Qualification) Company Description Access was founded in 1997, focusing on Oil & Gas industry on instrumentation, valves and rotating equipment. We are now wholly owned subsidiary of Yoshitake inc. We emerged as a complete solution provider with engineering & servicing arm supporting end user, EPC & fabricator in Singapore. Role Description This is a full-time Sales Manager role, located on-site in Singapore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, sales forecasting, and reporting sales performance to Sales Director. Familiar with customer based in Oil & Gas industry or sound knowledge of instrumentation & Valves preferred. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting Ability to build and nurture client relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on-site in Singapore Preferably with driving license and own car Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Process, Chemical, or a related field Experience in the technology or professional services industry is a plus
