Project Development Manager (Landed Residential)

Key Responsibilities · Manage landed residential projects from construction to handover. · Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants and authorities. · Manage subcontractors to achieve excellent workmanship, safety and productivity. · Monitor project progress, budget, quality and timelines. · Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues before they become costly. · Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and regulatory requirements. · Communicate proactively with homeowners and provide regular updates. · Drive continuous improvement by refining SOPs, workflows and project systems. Skills & Experience · Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering or related discipline. · Experience in landed residential construction is preferred. · Able to read architectural and structural drawings. · Strong coordination and communication skills. · Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management software.
