Warehouse Operations Executive

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching goods. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery arrangements. Helps to manage and deliver the products to customer when need. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks. Monitor stock movement and update warehouse records, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents. Liaise with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal teams on delivery schedules and operational requirements. Ensure proper handling, storage, and arrangement of goods within the warehouse. Supervise warehouse assistants, drivers, and general workers when required. Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with workplace safety standards. Assist in resolving delivery issues, stock discrepancies, and operational problems. Prepare reports on stock levels, warehouse activities, and delivery status. Support management in improving warehouse workflow, productivity, and cost efficiency. Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
