Job Summary Manage and oversee daily beauty salon operations to ensure excellent customer service, staff coordination, inventory control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Support sales initiatives and maintain a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily beauty salon operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction Supervise and schedule staff shifts to optimize workforce efficiency and maintain service quality Address and resolve customer feedback to enhance client experience and loyalty Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders for salon supplies to prevent shortages Support sales and promotional activities by assisting with execution and reporting results Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards to comply with regulatory and company policies Work independently to manage tasks and respond to operational needs promptly Adapt work schedule to include weekends and public holidays as required to meet business demands Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in supervising staff within a beauty salon or service industry setting Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Previous experience working in a beauty salon or related service industry environment
