About this role

Reading and understanding drawings and perform measurements. Preparing Bills of Quantities. Understanding tender/contract document/specifications/terms of contract. Analysing quotations/prices/rates, build-up rates and perform pricing. Preparing variation claims/project payment claims Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets and other documents. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets Any other assigned job as assigned. Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the Construction Sector Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
