Accounts Assistant

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT Key Responsibilities:- Handle and process payments accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation. Assist with month-end closing activities. Maintain the full set of accounts for a small company independently. Provide accounting support to the Accounts Department. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior. Requirements:- Diploma, LCCI, CAT, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred. Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software will be an advantage. Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
