Retail Executive

Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet and ensure smooth business operations. Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide professional product recommendations. Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer enquiries and complaints. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate inventory replenishment. Receive, inspect, and arrange incoming merchandise according to company standards. Ensure products are properly displayed, labelled, and merchandised to maximize sales. Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately, including processing payments, refunds, and exchanges. Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash, card, and digital payment transactions. Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies or damaged items. Coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse for timely stock replenishment and deliveries. Ensure the retail outlet is clean, organized, and complies with health, safety, and company standards. Implement promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and marketing activities within the store. Monitor customer buying trends and provide feedback to management to improve sales performance. Assist in training and guiding junior retail staff on company procedures and customer service standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, retail regulations, and operational procedures. Support management in achieving profitability, operational efficiency, and continuous business improvement. Perform other retail and administrative duties assigned by management as required.
