Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Sales and Business Development : Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and prospecting activities. Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align client-facing activities and ensure that client expectations are met. Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and recommend improvements in strategies. Reporting : Prepare regular reports on account status, transactions, and progress towards sales targets. Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems. Required Skills and Qualifications Education : A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required. Experience : Relevant work experience in sales or customer service is highly beneficial. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
