Job Summary Join as a Recruitment Partner/Sales Consultant to manage candidate screening, interview coordination, and work pass processing, supporting recruitment across healthcare, construction, processing, and food industries. Responsibilities Process work pass applications and issuance for successful candidates to ensure compliance and timely approval Screen and shortlist candidates to identify suitable applicants for client requirements Prepare, arrange, and coordinate interviews to facilitate efficient hiring processes Manage embassy documentation and migrant domestic helper workflows to support candidate placement Use communication tools such as WhatsApp, iPhone, iCloud, Google Chrome, and Mac OS to maintain candidate and client interactions Work independently to meet recruitment targets and deadlines with minimal supervision Maintain organized and meticulous records of recruitment activities and candidate information Required competencies and certifications Possess CEI Basic or KAH certification as a mandatory requirement for processing work passes Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience recruiting for healthcare, construction, processing, or food industries is advantageous Experience with migrant domestic helper workflows and embassy documentation processes Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients
