Business Development And Operations Manager (F&B Catering)

Details : Salary up to $7,500 Location: West Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM (Subjected to operational needs) Performance bonus Job Scope : Lead project mobilisation, including licensing, outlet setup and operational readiness. Review tender specifications, contract requirements and compliance criteria. Prepare operational proposals and implementation plans for tender submissions. Coordinate renovation, equipment procurement, kitchen layout and site commissioning. Work closely with Central Kitchen and Operations to ensure successful project implementation. Build and maintain client relationships throughout mobilisation and contract commencement. Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
