Reports to: Regional Vice President, Asia Sales About the Role Are you a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in Commercial and Enterprise sales across Greater China? Zendesk is looking for a driven Sales Leader to lead/manage our Commercial and Enterprise sales teams exclusively across the GCR region (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan). This is a critical leadership role focused on driving market growth, building an elite team, and delivering operational excellence in a complex, competitive landscape. Based in Singapore, you will report directly to the RVP, Asia Sales, and lead the sales teams focused on Commercial & Enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will include shaping go-to-market strategies, coaching high-performing sales professionals, and driving customer success to maximize revenue growth. Fluency in Mandarin and strong cultural insight into the GCR market are essential to build strong relationships with customers and partners. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, mentor, and manage the Commercial and Enterprise sales teams for the Greater China region to consistently meet and exceed quota. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the GCR market dynamics for Enterprise and Commercial segments. Build trusted advisor relationships with senior-level stakeholders and key accounts across industries. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer success, and channel partners to optimize the end-to-end sales cycle and customer experience. Own pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and deal progression to support regional sales targets. Use data-driven insights and Salesforce dashboards to monitor and enhance sales team performance and market coverage. Act as the voice of the customer in internal strategic discussions to inform product and service improvements. Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent with an emphasis on coaching and career growth. Navigate the complexities of the GCR business environment with cultural sensitivity and agility, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and practices. What You’ll Bring to the Role Based in Singapore with a strong track record of leading Commercial and Enterprise sales teams focused exclusively on the Greater China region (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan). Native or business-fluent level Mandarin proficiency is required; Cantonese skills are a plus - as you will mainly deal with GCR customers 12+ years of successful sales experience with year on year quota achievement in the Enterprise segment, with at least 4 years in sales leadership roles managing Enterprise and Commercial sales teams( SaaS sales) preferably in CX, CRM, AI or related sectors. Proven ability to deliver consistent revenue growth in complex, fast-paced sales environments. Experience leading both direct sales and working with channel partners in the GCR market. Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics using Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools. Comfortable engaging and influencing senior executives internally and externally. Demonstrated skills in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing sales professionals. Strategic and operational mindset balancing big-picture vision and detail execution. Deep understanding of GCR market dynamics, customer buying behaviors, and competitive landscape. #LI-ESKD
