Junior Badminton Coach

Beta Position: Junior Badminton Coach Salary: $2,500/month + $200 Transport Allowance Working Arrangement: 6-day work week Location: Multiple venues across Singapore Employment Type: Full-time (1-year renewable contract) 🏸 Key Responsibilities Conduct group and 1-to-1 coaching sessions for students (kids, youth, competitive players). Develop training programmes aligned with academy standards. Oversee class administration, attendance, and student progress. Mentor junior coaches and ensure coaching quality and discipline. Assist in event preparation, grading tests, and holiday programmes. Maintain positive communication with parents, students, and management. ⭐ Requirements Strong badminton foundation (national player / state-level / competitive background preferred). Minimum 2–3 years coaching experience. Coaching certification (e.g., BWF / SBA / relevant associations) is advantageous. Good communication skills; able to handle kids and youth. Physically fit to carry out coaching duties.
