What You’ll Learn and Do You’ll be immersed in the behind-the-scenes action of event and exhibition operations. You’ll learn how to manage the logistical heartbeat of projects — from planning to execution. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating live events and exhibition setups, from planning to teardown Support project documentation, including logistics schedules, vendor lists, and resource checklists Work closely with designers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution Help manage logistics arrangements: transport, manpower, equipment, and on-site setup Join internal meetings and client briefings to gain real-world exposure Learn how to handle on-site coordination and resolve operational hiccups in real time Support post-event processes such as debriefs and reports Who This Is For We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are: Exploring a new career path into the events and exhibitions space Highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong team players with a “get-things-done” attitude Open to flexible hours and on-site work at event locations Bonus if you have: Previous experience in logistics, operations, admin, hospitality, or events (even informal or freelance!)
