Location Queenstown, Central Region Salary $ 2000.00 - 3000.00 月薪 工作性质 全职 (Must Have Class 3 driving licence) Timing 六天工作制 Description 主要职责包括： -根据每日配送路线，将有机蔬果、干货、冷藏食品等订单送达客户指定地点。 -出车前检查货品数量、订单资料、配送地址及特殊备注。 -确保生鲜食品在运输过程中保持良好状态，避免压坏、破损或温度不当。 -协助仓库团队装货、点货、搬运及简单整理。 -与客户保持礼貌沟通，处理基本送货安排，如无人接收、地址确认等。 -配送完成后，及时回报送货状态，包括已完成、失败配送、客户投诉或异常情况。 -保持公司车辆整洁，并定期检查车辆基本状况，如油量、轮胎、刹车、冷气等。 -遵守交通规则及公司配送 SOP。 -必要时协助门店、仓库或线上订单的临时支援工作。 任职要求 -持有有效新加坡驾驶执照。 -有送货、物流、生鲜配送或食品行业经验者优先。 -熟悉新加坡路线，能使用 Google Maps / GPS。 -能搬运一定重量的货品，如蔬果箱、饮料箱、干货箱等。 -工作态度认真、有责任感、守时。 -能与客户及同事保持良好沟通。 -注重货品品质，尤其是生鲜蔬果的保护。 Job Description Key Responsibilities Deliver orders of organic produce, dry goods, chilled foods, and other products to customers according to the daily delivery schedule. Check the quantity of goods, order details, delivery addresses, and any special instructions before departing. Ensure fresh food products remain in good condition during transportation, preventing damage, crushing, or improper temperature exposure. Assist the warehouse team with loading, stock checking, moving goods, and basic warehouse organization. Communicate courteously with customers and handle basic delivery matters, such as unattended deliveries or address confirmation. Report delivery status promptly after each delivery, including completed deliveries, failed deliveries, customer complaints, or any unusual situations. Keep the company vehicle clean and perform regular basic checks, including fuel level, tires, brakes, and air conditioning. Comply with traffic regulations and the company's delivery Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provide temporary support for the retail store, warehouse, or online order operations when required. Job Requirements Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence. Previous experience in delivery, logistics, fresh produce distribution, or the food industry is preferred. Familiar with Singapore roads and able to use Google Maps or GPS for navigation. Physically fit and able to carry moderately heavy items, such as boxes of vegetables, beverages, and dry goods. Responsible, reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality service. Good communication skills and able to maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the quality of products, especially fresh fruits and vegetables, during delivery.
