Job Summary Support electrical engineering projects by supervising installations, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and managing procurement and reporting to ensure timely, quality project delivery. Responsibilities Assist in ordering electrical materials to maintain project supply continuity Inspect material quality and verify timely delivery to meet project requirements Coordinate with suppliers to resolve procurement issues and ensure material availability Prepare daily and weekly progress reports to communicate project status clearly Update project manager on site issues to facilitate prompt decision-making Track project progress against timelines to support schedule adherence Assist the Electrical Engineer in managing on-site electrical works for effective execution Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project activities Attend site meetings and technical discussions to address project challenges and updates Ensure electrical work aligns with the project schedule to maintain workflow efficiency Supervise installation of cable laying, lighting systems, power distribution panels, fire alarm, and ELV systems to ensure compliance with specifications Monitor daily site activities and manpower deployment to optimize resource use Verify that work is performed according to drawings and specifications to uphold quality standards
