Project Engineer

Overall in charge of site coordination. Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations. Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project. Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site. Control and monitor work progress and resources. Monitor and control material wastage. In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings. Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation. Ensure timely completion and good quality of works. Monitor Project's cost by taking proactive measures to prevent cost overruns Requirements: - Dipoma/Bachelor is Engineering or related to construction preferred - Min 3-4 years experience preferably in Singapore - Good team player with ability to work independently - Have experience in Wet Trade - Good command of English - Will be good if can speak Chinese to liaise with other contractors
