Treasury Officer

Job Title: Treasury Officer Location: Singapore Department: Group Treasury Centre Reports To: General Manager / Group Treasurer About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Officer to manage core treasury operations within our Group Treasury Centre. This role bridges two critical functions: the administration of bank/broker accounts and access rights across the Group, and the proactiveBmanagement of intercompany financing and lending agreements. Bank Account Management Liaise with banks and manage internal procedures for account opening, closure, and mandate updates. Maintain an up-to-date master list of all bank accounts within the Group, including account details, currency, and status. Manage and update authorized signatories, account mandates, and approval limits in coordination with group companies and banks. Administer internet banking user access, including the setup, modification, and removal of initiators and approvers. Track and control the issuance and return of physical and digital bank tokens, ensuring security and compliance. Prepare regular account reports and ensure accuracy and consistency across all records. Support internal and external audit requests relating to bank accounts and authorization. Assist the Treasury team in maintaining compliance with internal policies and banking requirements. 2. Intercompany Financing Liaise with affiliated companies to understand their funding needs Discuss and propose financing solutions in line with group treasury strategy and transfer pricing requirements Initiate internal approval workflows and prepare loan agreements using standard templates Perform post-disbursement monitoring and loan administration 3. Treasury Operations & Controls Update and maintain internal Treasury Management System Ensure accurate recording of loans and other treasury activities Support the implementation and enforcement of treasury policies and internal controls 4. Reporting & Compliance Assist with month-end closing and reconciliation of treasury-related accounts Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, internal audit requirements, and group policies Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 2–4 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, bank account administration, or corporate banking preferred. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills in English (Chinese proficiency is a strong plus for communicating with Headquarters and counterparts in Greater China). Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
