Sales Manager (Security System)

Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets and effectively expand market share. Proactively identify and seize new business opportunities, targeting both untapped markets and emerging sectors. Conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance productivity and team effectiveness. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions while negotiating contracts to optimize profitability while addressing customer needs. Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to provide actionable insights to the management team regarding growth opportunities and market dynamics. Generate and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management. Strive to exceed revenue targets while ensuring robust profit margins and operational efficiency. Job Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficient in analytical and strategic thinking. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the industry, with a demonstrated track record in sales and business development. Bilingual (fluent in English and Mandarin) as need to liaise with Mandarin Speaking clients and colleagues.
