Tower Crane Anti-Collision System Senior Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Tower Crane Anti-Collision System Manager to oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical management of tower crane anti-collision and safety monitoring systems. The successful candidate will lead technical operations, manage project execution, and provide expert support to customers across Singapore and the region. Key Responsibilities Manage the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of tower crane anti-collision systems. Lead and supervise technical teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for anti-collision, zoning, load monitoring, and tower crane safety systems. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, crane suppliers, consultants, and clients throughout project execution. Conduct site surveys and develop technical solutions for complex tower crane configurations. Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety regulations and company quality standards. Prepare technical reports, installation documentation, and maintenance records. Train and mentor engineers and technicians on installation procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and system operation. Support product improvements, customer service initiatives, and business development activities. Requirements Minimum 15 years of proven experience in tower crane anti-collision systems or tower crane safety system management. Extensive hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of tower crane anti-collision systems. Strong knowledge of tower crane operations, communication systems, sensors, load moment indicators, zoning systems, and safety monitoring technologies. Proven experience managing multiple construction projects and technical teams. Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment. Willing to travel to project sites within Singapore and overseas when required. Valid Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience with internationally recognized tower crane anti-collision systems and safety standards. Familiarity with construction industry regulations and workplace safety requirements in Singapore.
