Project Manager

Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle, frominitial concept proposals and feasibility studies to construction and finalhandover. Site and Subcontractor Management: Oversee daily siteoperations, manpower deployment, and coordinate multiple trades to achieveconstruction milestones。 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all works strictly adhere tolocal statutory and building regulations (e.g., URA, BCA, PUB) and WorkplaceSafety and Health (WSH) guidelines. Quality & Cost Control: Review architectural andengineering drawings, monitor project budgets, manage variation works, andensure quality standards are met. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison betweenclients, architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers。 Preparing and revising architectural drawings, layout plans, detail drawings, shop drawings, and presentation drawings. Assisting with design coordination for landed residential, commercial, and government-related projects. Assisting with Singapore authority submission documentation where required, including coordination with Architects, Professional Engineers, QPs, consultants, and subcontractors. Supporting site coordination, site measurements, material confirmation, and design clarification works. Preparing drawing registers, material schedules, confirmation lists, and other project documents. Assisting incoordination between architectural, civil, structural, M&E, and interior-related trades. Supporting QS-related coordination where required, including basic claim documentation, variation records, progress claim support, and submission records. Carrying out any other reasonable duties assigned by the company according to project needs.
