Cleaner

Job Responsibilities Clean and maintain dining tables, chairs, floors, counters, and other customer areas during operating hours. Clear used tableware, dispose of waste appropriately, and ensure the premises remain clean and organized. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, workstations, and other operational areas in accordance with hygiene and safety standards. Perform end-of-day cleaning duties, including mopping floors, wiping surfaces, removing grease and stains, and sanitizing work areas. Assist with basic food preparation support and maintain cleanliness of storage and back-of-house areas. Replenish cleaning supplies and report maintenance or cleanliness issues to the supervisor. Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures at all times. Job Requirements Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or F&B cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic understanding of workplace hygiene and safety practices. Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
