On this page
FastApply at fastapply.co advertises automated applications and a browser extension, including a Singapore landing page. It is distinct from the FastApply feature offered by FastJobs. The decision here concerns automation control, paid allowances and the cost of tailoring.

What is FastApply?
FastApply describes two modes: Browse & Apply, where you select jobs and the extension handles forms, and Apply for Me, which watches for new jobs and applies above a configured match score.
Its Singapore page advertises matching and applications across named local and international platforms. Those are provider coverage claims, not evidence that every posting on those platforms can be submitted successfully. (FastApply Singapore)
What is ApplyLah?
ApplyLah is built for job seekers across career stages, focused on Singapore and Asia. Its large job database connects discovery and matching with application preparation.
ApplyLah 2.0 finds and ranks roles, tailors materials from your background and supports auto-applying to suitable jobs you approve. Support depends on the employer system, required information and the access enabled for your account. Application records and employer confirmations are tracked separately.
The resume review is public. The broader 2.0 workflow has a waitlist and separate private beta invitations; joining the waitlist does not unlock every feature immediately. Public 2.0 pricing and allowances have not been announced.
Comparison
Read the billed amount and the add-on
The captured FastApply pricing cards use USD and charge for 90 days upfront: Starter US$38, Pro US$75, Elite US$132 and Max US$240. Their respective monthly application allowances are 200, 500, 1,000 and 2,000. The headline monthly equivalents are US$12.67, US$25, US$44 and US$80; those are not the amounts charged at checkout.
AI Tailoring is a separate add-on. The current comparison grid shows additional monthly charges of US$7, US$12, US$19 and US$29 across those tiers, while other cards on the same page show different equivalents. Check the selected billing period and total. Without that add-on, the published workflow uses your uploaded resume rather than tailoring it for every role.
The pricing grid lists a free tier with ten application credits per month and no background Apply for Me searches. A Browse & Apply trial is a different offer from paid background automation. The page also says Singapore billing can use SGD, so the captured USD prices are a reference rather than a guaranteed Singapore checkout quote. ApplyLah has no announced public 2.0 price or allowance. (FastApply pricing and workflow modes; ApplyLah 2.0)
Decide how each job becomes eligible
A match threshold can help a background service decide what to process, but a good score alone does not resolve salary, location, seniority or work-authorisation requirements. Write down exclusions before enabling automation. A vacancy can resemble your CV and still be the wrong next move.
FastApply’s two modes offer different levels of involvement: choosing individual jobs while watching a form differs from letting a standing search act on new matches. ApplyLah’s stated workflow centres on approved roles and supported employer systems. Compare the actual control you want to exercise rather than treating all application automation as one interchangeable feature. (FastApply pricing and workflow modes; ApplyLah 2.0)
Check what goes out with the application
FastApply says the base application uses your uploaded resume and profile facts. Its optional tailoring rewrites the resume and letter for each job, with generated versions saved beside the submitted role. Paying for automation therefore does not automatically mean paying for role-specific documents.
Before any automation, maintain an accurate master profile and review how achievements are expressed. A version saved after sending is useful for interview preparation, but it answers a different question from being able to review that version beforehand. Establish the review controls you need instead of assuming a tracker implies approval of every sentence. (FastApply pricing and workflow modes)
Measure completion at the employer
FastApply publishes supported-platform lists and submission logging. Those help describe intended operation, but they are not a benchmark of acceptance for your target employers. A role may move to a different portal, close unexpectedly or require an answer outside your stored profile.
ApplyLah also requires supported employer systems and established facts. In either workflow, keep the employer acknowledgement, relevant vacancy and resume version together. If no acknowledgement appears, investigate the status before retrying. More attempted applications are not automatically more completed applications, and neither number establishes interview quality. (FastApply pricing and workflow modes; ApplyLah 2.0)
A software engineer choosing automation controls
Illustrative Singapore scenario, not a product test or hiring outcome. An experienced engineer wants Singapore backend roles and is considering a standing automated search.
This is an illustrative decision exercise, not a live search, a product test or an application result.
- Define exclusions Set the required location, level and work arrangement before looking at a match score. Exclude roles whose requirements do not fit the candidate’s established experience.
- Compare the two modes Use FastApply’s published mode descriptions to decide whether individual selection or background automation suits the search. Include tailoring charges when budgeting a paid plan.
- Keep a reliable record If using ApplyLah’s beta, approve suitable jobs and check employer-system support. In either product, link the sent resume and employer acknowledgement before treating the application as complete.
Which should you choose?
Choose FastApply for its published extension and standing-automation options when site support, review controls and the 90-day billing commitment fit your needs.
Choose ApplyLah 2.0 when a Singapore-focused discovery-to-application workflow and approval of suitable roles better fit your routine, with beta access established first.
For ApplyLah, you can review your resume or join the 2.0 waitlist. Check the other product's linked access terms before committing time or money.
Sources & method
Job-count methodology, 6 November 2026: ApplyLah reports an average of 65k+ jobs per month, confirmed by its team on 6 November 2026. An average across months is different from one specific window: a separate read-only snapshot counted 41,471 Singapore-eligible postings from 7 October, 09:52 SGT to 6 November 2026, 09:52 SGT, excluding suppressed and known-dead records. That snapshot does not independently establish the monthly average or unique live-vacancy count. Competitor figures retain their published geography and definition: monthly averages, 30-day postings and current board totals are distinct measures.
