ApplyLah connects its large database to matching, while 2.0 adds tailoring and supported applications. The right comparison starts with your search constraints and continues through the employer’s actual application route.

What is Glints?

Glints provides a job marketplace alongside employer hiring services. Its Singapore candidate route invites people to create a profile and apply to suitable roles. Employer-side recruitment or AI services should not automatically be treated as candidate application features.

The public explore page includes Singapore districts, experience levels, employment types and work arrangements. Those controls offer a concrete way to test whether a search service suits your requirements. (Glints Singapore: candidate and employer routes; Glints: explore careers)

What is ApplyLah?

ApplyLah is built for job seekers across career stages, focused on Singapore and Asia. Its large job database connects discovery and matching with application preparation.

ApplyLah 2.0 finds and ranks roles, tailors materials from your background and supports auto-applying to suitable jobs you approve. Support depends on the employer system, required information and the access enabled for your account. Application records and employer confirmations are tracked separately.

The resume review is public. The broader 2.0 workflow has a waitlist and separate private beta invitations; joining the waitlist does not unlock every feature immediately. Public 2.0 pricing and allowances have not been announced.

Comparison

Access and pricing

Glints’ Singapore terms explicitly describe making an online job application as a free, optional service. Applications require identifying and contact details so employers can review and contact you. The terms explain that applications and attachments go to the advertiser or its representative, or are stored in its employer portal.

Employer advertising and managed-hiring fees are separate from that candidate application route. For a job seeker, the practical comparison is free searching and self-managed applications versus the additional work you want help completing. ApplyLah has public resume review, while 2.0 is waitlisted with separate private-beta invitations and no announced public price. Use filters with a purpose

Glints exposes several useful Singapore search controls. The practical lesson is to enter your non-negotiable constraints first, then widen preferences deliberately. A district preference may be flexible if travel is manageable; a required employment type may not be. Treat remote labels as a starting point for reading the details.

For each promising result, inspect location, working hours, contract duration and responsibilities. A title can conceal very different jobs. A customer support position might involve rotating shifts, technical troubleshooting or outbound selling. Narrowing by the actual work gives you a stronger shortlist than collecting every vacancy with a familiar title. (Glints: explore careers)

Follow the candidate route

Glints’ candidate page describes profile creation and applying to matching roles. That does not establish unattended submission across employer sites. ApplyLah 2.0 explicitly supports approved auto-applying on supported systems, with employer confirmations kept separate from attempted actions.

When a listing sends you to another destination, check that the employer and role still match. Read any additional questions before investing in a full rewrite. Keep the original vacancy link and final submission route together. This prevents a common tracking problem: remembering that you clicked Apply without knowing whether you completed the form or received an acknowledgement. Compare useful vacancies

This preview does not rank the two databases by inventory or claim one produces more interviews. The useful test is personal: can you find roles that match your work, location and employment constraints, and can you explain why each belongs on the shortlist? Search breadth alone does not answer that.

Run a small comparison with the same role family and constraints. Record relevant vacancies, duplicates, essential requirements and the effort needed to apply. Inspect the date and employer destination for every finalist. If a role appears in both places, choose one application route and retain a single record rather than submitting twice to increase an activity count. Illustrative Singapore scenario: a contract search near home

A hypothetical experienced administrator in Tampines wants a fixed-term position with predictable hours. This is a worked decision example, not evidence of actual vacancies or hiring outcomes.

This is an illustrative decision exercise, not a live search, a product test or an application result.

  1. Define the limits Write down acceptable contract length, working hours and commute. Search the relevant role family, then use district and employment-type filters to reduce obvious mismatches.
  2. Read beyond the title Check whether each vacancy involves reception, payroll support, purchasing or general operations. Compare the responsibilities with actual experience and review any required systems or qualifications before choosing a role.
  3. Keep one application record Use the available candidate journey to apply. If using ApplyLah 2.0, confirm support and approve the role. Save the final document and employer acknowledgement, then note the next follow-up rather than assuming every saved job was submitted.

Which should you choose?

Choose Glints if its Singapore filters and profile-led marketplace help you find relevant vacancies now. Verify the job details and complete the destination’s application requirements.

Choose ApplyLah 2.0 if you want matching and ranking connected to tailoring and supported application execution. Confirm access and supported routes before planning around that workflow.

For ApplyLah, you can review your resume or join the 2.0 waitlist. Check the other product's linked access terms before committing time or money.

Sources & method

Job-count methodology, 6 November 2026: ApplyLah reports an average of 65k+ jobs per month, confirmed by its team on 6 November 2026. An average across months is different from one specific window: a separate read-only snapshot counted 41,471 Singapore-eligible postings from 7 October, 09:52 SGT to 6 November 2026, 09:52 SGT, excluding suppressed and known-dead records. That snapshot does not independently establish the monthly average or unique live-vacancy count. Competitor figures retain their published geography and definition: monthly averages, 30-day postings and current board totals are distinct measures.
