ApplyLah 2.0 connects discovery and ranking to tailoring and supported applications. The difference matters when deciding whether your biggest problem is choosing roles or finishing the applications you have already chosen.

Cached reader output differed, so the browser-rendered figure is used. ApplyLah reports a 65k+ monthly average; figures retain their stated periods and geography. See the counting method.

What is Routiqo?

Routiqo is an Asian career workspace whose published markets include Singapore. Its homepage describes preferences, evaluation and document preparation. It explicitly says nothing is submitted on the candidate’s behalf.

The product’s fit explanation is guidance, not a prediction of selection. That distinction is more useful than comparing the apparent precision of two match scores. (Routiqo: workflow and candidate FAQ)

What is ApplyLah?

ApplyLah is built for job seekers across career stages, focused on Singapore and Asia. Its large job database connects discovery and matching with application preparation.

ApplyLah 2.0 finds and ranks roles, tailors materials from your background and supports auto-applying to suitable jobs you approve. Support depends on the employer system, required information and the access enabled for your account. Application records and employer confirmations are tracked separately.

The resume review is public. The broader 2.0 workflow has a waitlist and separate private beta invitations; joining the waitlist does not unlock every feature immediately. Public 2.0 pricing and allowances have not been announced.

Comparison

Pricing and access

Routiqo’s homepage describes the service as completely free and links to sign-up. That is the published offer checked for this preview, rather than a guarantee about future terms. ApplyLah’s public resume check is separate from its 2.0 waitlist and private beta; a public 2.0 price or allowance is not established.

Choose based on what you can actually use and the work it covers. A free drafting service can still be valuable when you prefer submitting personally. Conversely, application automation only helps if your shortlisted employer systems are supported and you have access. Check these conditions before reorganising your weekly routine. Read the reason behind fit

A fit score is most helpful when you can challenge it. Routiqo describes comparing job requirements against evidence in your resume. Read the explanation alongside the actual vacancy, and ask whether the supposed match concerns essential responsibilities or merely shared terminology.

Create three columns for a role: demonstrated experience, related experience and missing requirements. A project supporting a regional launch may be relevant to programme coordination without proving ownership of a regional strategy. If a tool misses genuine experience, improve the source CV with a factual example. If it finds a real gap, decide whether the employer treats that requirement as essential. (Routiqo: workflow and candidate FAQ)

Check a tailored draft

Routiqo describes editable resumes and cover letters based on existing experience. ApplyLah 2.0 also supports tailoring. Whichever route you use, start with accurate source material. Otherwise, a more focused document may simply repeat an old omission or amplify an ambiguous claim.

Review the first half-page against the role’s main responsibility. Then check dates, qualifications, tools and ownership of outcomes. Keep examples specific without importing a target employer’s language so literally that it changes your history. Save the final file with the employer and role in its name so the document you submit is the one you actually reviewed. (Routiqo: workflow and candidate FAQ; ApplyLah 2.0 and resume review)

Finish the application

Routiqo explicitly says it does not submit on your behalf. Plan time to open the employer’s application route, answer its questions and complete the submission. ApplyLah 2.0 supports approved auto-apply on supported employer systems. Neither document preparation nor a clicked button alone proves employer acceptance.

Keep a short completion record: vacancy link, reviewed document, submission route and acknowledgement. If you leave an application halfway through, label it unfinished. If an employer sends a confirmation, retain it. This is particularly useful when similar roles have different questionnaires, because the existence of a tailored CV can otherwise make an incomplete application feel finished. Illustrative Singapore scenario: moving from reporting to analysis

A hypothetical finance professional in Singapore wants a role with more analytical responsibility. The example shows how to test fit before spending time on applications.

This is an illustrative decision exercise, not a live search, a product test or an application result.

  1. Inspect the requirement Compare an analyst vacancy with actual forecasting, reporting and stakeholder work. Highlight evidence that shows analysis rather than simply replacing the current title with the desired one.
  2. Review the generated emphasis Use a role-fit explanation to identify missing examples. Check that the tailored resume accurately describes the person’s contribution, and that a cover letter explains the transition without claiming experience they do not have.
  3. Choose an execution route With Routiqo, complete the employer application yourself. With available ApplyLah 2.0 support, approve the suitable role and materials. In either case, wait for employer acknowledgement before calling the application confirmed.

Which should you choose?

Choose Routiqo when you want evidence-led evaluation and free editable preparation, and are comfortable completing employer forms yourself. Its explicit boundary around sending makes the remaining work clear.

Choose ApplyLah 2.0 when a connected discovery-to-application workflow fits your needs and you have access. Check employer support before treating automation as part of your immediate search plan.

Sources & method

Job-count methodology, 6 November 2026: ApplyLah reports an average of 65k+ jobs per month, confirmed by its team on 6 November 2026. An average across months is different from one specific window: a separate read-only snapshot counted 41,471 Singapore-eligible postings from 7 October, 09:52 SGT to 6 November 2026, 09:52 SGT, excluding suppressed and known-dead records. That snapshot does not independently establish the monthly average or unique live-vacancy count. Competitor figures retain their published geography and definition: monthly averages, 30-day postings and current board totals are distinct measures.
