Waiter Supervisor

Job Summary Lead and supervise front-of-house service operations to deliver smooth dining experiences. Train staff, manage peak-hour flow, resolve customer issues, and ensure hygiene and service standards compliance. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house service operations by assigning shifts and supervising service attendants to ensure efficient service delivery Train new service staff on service standards, order taking, and customer handling skills to maintain consistent quality Manage peak-hour dining flow to minimize customer waiting time and ensure smooth service Resolve customer complaints and complex service issues professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction Inspect dining area cleanliness and monitor stock levels of tableware, condiments, and supplies to support operational readiness Report daily sales figures, service issues, and staff performance metrics to restaurant management for informed decision-making Enforce store hygiene rules and company service SOPs among all service crew to uphold safety and quality standards Required competencies and certifications Minimum 1–2 years relevant F&B service or supervisory experience Ability to coordinate and lead a service team with effective leadership skills Strong communication skills demonstrated by patient and effective handling of customer conflicts Familiarity with F&B service workflow and willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends Meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a high sense of responsibility Other Information EA License No.: 24C2389(0 COMPROMISE RECRUITMENT PTE.LTD.)
