Job Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology and business positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs. Develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through multiple channels. Conduct interviews and assessments. Manage employer branding initiatives. Build talent pipelines. Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency. Support onboarding activities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline. 5+ years of recruitment experience. Experience recruiting Technology and Product roles is highly preferred. Strong sourcing capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter. Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations is preferred.
