FoodMax is a full-category food and ingredient supply chain platform targeting the enterprise end. It focuses on providing one-stop supply chain solutions for government agencies, enterprises, hotels, and catering chain brands. By leveraging technology, digitalization and an integrated supply chain network, we simplify procurement while creating greater value for merchants and suppliers. As FoodMax expands its Marketplace business in Singapore, we are looking for an experienced Merchant Success & Marketplace Growth Manager to build and scale merchant programmes, drive marketplace growth and enhance the overall merchant experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Merchant Acquisition & Marketplace Growth Develop and execute merchant acquisition strategies to grow the number of active merchants on the FoodMax Marketplace. Identify and target high-potential merchants, including restaurants, cafés, food service operators, wholesalers and SMEs. Partner with Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to increase merchant sign-ups and marketplace adoption. Explore new acquisition channels, referral programmes and strategic partnerships to accelerate merchant growth. Monitor merchant acquisition funnel and optimise conversion rates . 2. Merchant Onboarding & Activation Design and optimise the end-to-end onboarding journey to ensure new merchants are successfully activated. Improve merchant activation rates and reduce onboarding turnaround time. Educate merchants on platform features, ordering processes and available marketing tools . 3. Merchant Segmentation & Growth Strategy Build merchant segmentation frameworks based on business size, GMV, order frequency, product assortment and merchant potential. Develop targeted growth strategies for different merchant segments. Identify high-potential merchants and create customised growth plans . 4. Merchant Engagement & Retention Develop merchant engagement programmes to improve platform adoption and merchant satisfaction. Design merchant loyalty, rewards and incentive programmes. Monitor merchant health, retention and reactivation opportunities . 5. Campaign & Commercial Growth Plan and execute merchant campaigns to drive GMV and order frequency. Collaborate with Marketing and Category teams to increase merchant participation in campaigns and promotional activities. Analyse campaign effectiveness and optimise future initiatives Requirements 6-8 years' experience in Marketplace, E-commerce, B2B Platform, Merchant Operations or Commercial Operations. Experience designing merchant programmes, merchant segmentation or marketplace growth initiatives. Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent stakeholder management. Experience in FoodTech, Marketplace or Retail platforms is preferred.
