Social Media Officer

Job Summary We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Officer to manage our social media platforms and create engaging content that strengthens our brand, increases customer engagement, and supports marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Lemon8, Xiaohongshu, etc.). Create and publish photos, videos, and written content. Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar. Respond to customer comments and messages promptly. Support promotions, events, and marketing campaigns. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities. Track performance and prepare basic monthly reports. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage). Good photography, videography, and content creation skills. Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools. Strong communication and copywriting skills. Creative, organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience in food and lifestyle content creation. Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media analytics. Familiarity with AI content creation tools is a plus.
