Ideally, the successful candidates will be in place by Q3 2026. About You The ideal candidate for this role will be an accomplished salesperson with the ability to hunts for new business. You work from our office in Paya Lebar/Ubi and spend 60to 70% of your time in the field visiting prospects, running meetings, and closing deals face-to-face. You have an ability to prospect consistently on the phone, in person, and at company trade events. You have a proven track record of success in a complex selling environment, with the ability to consistently close deals. You are already operating at a high level, but you understand that training and coaching are what separate good from great and is able to quickly learn and retain knowledge. Your responsibilities will include: prospecting and cold outreach, running strategy sessions with prospects, building and managing your own sales pipeline, tracking every deal and closing deals end-to-end from first contact to signed proposal to payment collected. You will play a role of a consultant by understanding business needs and pain points, presenting tailored solutions, and positioning 1103 Studios as the growth partner they need. You own the full sales cycle. Our Ideal Candidate will have: • We don’t hire backgrounds or educations. You figure things out. • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for this role , as it involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking business owners, suppliers, and stakeholders who conduct their day-to-day business primarily in Mandarin. This requirement is based solely on the communication needs of the role.
