Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help shape the future of marketing at 1103. Key Responsibilities Developing and executing campaign strategies across TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and emerging platforms. Advising clients on campaign strategies and recommendations to drive real business results. Write scroll-stopping captions, creative scripts, and stories that feel human. Represent the team voice during key campaign briefings and pitch presentations. Evaluating and optimizing campaign performance. Managing and growing key brand accounts. Candidates Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, Experience running TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and Google Ads is a must; LinkedIn Ads are a bonus Can craft compelling copy and build high-converting landing pages.
