HR & Operations Manager (Overseas Based)

We are seeking an experienced HR & Operations Manager to oversee both human resourcesfunctions and daily operational processes in our Japan office. This is a fast-paced, overseas-based role. It is critical in ensuring smooth business operations, supporting organizational growth, and building astrong internal structure. You will be responsible for managing HR processes, improving operational efficiency, and acting as a key support to leadership indriving business performance. Work Arrangement Initial 3–6months based in Kuala Lumpur (KL), followed by relocation to Japan. Full relocation support provided, including visa sponsorship and housing. Key Responsibilities 1. Human Resources Management Oversee full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage employee relations and handle HR-related matters Support performance management and employee development initiatives Ensure compliance with Japan labour laws and regulations 2. Operations Management Manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Develop and optimize operational processes and workflows Coordinate with different departments to support business activities Monitor operational performance and identify improvement areas Support budgeting, resource planning, and cost control 3.
