Job Summary Lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies that drive business growth. Manage and mentor a diverse marketing team, oversee budget allocation, and optimize campaigns through data-driven performance analysis to strengthen brand presence. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs Recruit, mentor, and supervise marketing professionals and managers across content, digital, SEO, PR, and brand functions Allocate and manage the marketing budget, including negotiating contracts with media partners, vendors, and external agencies Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze return on investment (ROI), and refine marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all public touchpoints and sales channels Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies
