AI/ML Engineer (Kiro + Agentcore)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent, data-driven applications that drive business innovation and operational excellence. Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and applications using modern frameworks and tools to deliver scalable solutions Develop and maintain LLM-based applications leveraging LangChain and LangGraph to enhance natural language processing capabilities Build intelligent agent-based systems by integrating AI agent frameworks such as AgentCore and Kiro for automated decision-making Develop robust backend systems and data workflows using Python to support AI/ML model training and inference Design and implement scalable data pipelines to optimize model training and deployment efficiency Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate DevSecOps practices across the ML lifecycle, ensuring secure and reliable deployments Deploy and manage AI/ML workloads on AWS cloud services following best practices for performance and security Participate actively in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization across all AI/ML deliverables to maintain high standards Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles Strong proficiency in Python programming for AI/ML development Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks Practical experience with AI agent frameworks such as AgentCore and Kiro Proven ability to design and manage scalable data pipelines Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration Working knowledge of AWS cloud services for AI/ML deployment Certified or equivalent knowledge of AWS Solutions Architect – Associate level Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience building and deploying LLM-based applications to enhance AI capabilities Familiarity with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex AI/ML challenges Other Information Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML technologies in a collaborative and inclusive environment Exposure to enterprise-scale AI implementations supporting career growth and continuous learning Equal Opportunity Statement: We are committed to fair and merit-based hiring practices in line with Singapore’s employment guidelines.
