Job Summary Lead and manage a team responsible for BAU operations and enhancements of Income's applications on Power Platform and SharePoint Online, driving sustainable and scalable solution architecture and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team to deliver BAU operations and enhancements for Income's applications on Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) and SharePoint Online (SPFX) Design sustainable and scalable solutions as a solution architect to meet business needs Manage stakeholder relationships, including business users, to align solutions with requirements Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET (C#), ASP.NET MVC, SPFX, GraphAPI, Node.js, React.js, Typescript, HTML5, CSS, and JSON RESTful APIs Build backend services using DotNET C#, preferably with DotNET 6/8 frameworks Architect, administer, deploy, and migrate Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environments Develop and deploy custom applications using Visual Studio, C#, PowerShell scripts, Event Receivers, Timer Jobs, Master Pages, and SPFX components Implement, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 business solutions including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and related technologies Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize adoption and usage of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions Prioritize and manage tasks effectively across projects and operational duties Communicate technical and non-technical information clearly through strong written and verbal presentations Work independently with minimal supervision to meet project and operational goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience with Copilot Studio and AvePoint tools Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400) Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, or AZ-204)
