Background: 33Club is a private members’ networking Singapore offering exclusive access to curated investment opportunities, lifestyle experiences, and MAS-regulated VCC sub-funds. We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a highly experienced Business Development & Strategic Alliance Director to drive growth across our investment and membership ecosystem. We are looking for a Business Development & Strategic Alliance Director to responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities that contribute to the Company's growth and profitability. This role focuses on acquiring memberships, developing strategic partnerships, sourcing financial and investment opportunities, facilitating VCC sub-fundraising engagements, and cultivating long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs),corporate clients, family offices, investors, and business partners. The incumbent is expected to actively generate personal leads while leveraging Company-provided leads to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the Company's market and industry presence. Eventually, the incumbent will additionally be rewarded with a generous Commission, Incentive and Profit-Sharing Scheme and a series of Performance Bonuses . Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to increase the Company's revenue. Generate qualified personal leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and business development activities. Follow up on and manage prospective leads provided by the Company or Management with the objective of successfully closing the business opportunities. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners. Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends. Develop business proposals, presentations, and commercial strategies for prospective clients. 2. Membership Sales Promote, acquire and successfully conclude sales of the Company's Life, Yearly, and Corporate Memberships. Achieve assigned monthly and annual membership sales targets. Explain membership benefits and recommend suitable packages based on clients' needs. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new members. Maintain strong relationships with members to encourage renewals, referrals, and additional business opportunities. 3. Financial Deal Origination Source and introduce qualified financial and investment opportunities for the Company. Develop relationships with investors, financial institutions, intermediaries, and corporate clients. Coordinate discussions between relevant stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions. Monitor deal progress and provide regular updates to Management. Ensure all financial opportunities align with the Company's business objectives and compliance requirements. 4. VCC Sub-Fundraising Identify potential fundraising opportunities for Variable Capital Company (VCC) structures. Build relationships with fund managers, investors, family offices, and strategic partners. Introduce qualified fundraising opportunities to the Company. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the fundraising process. Support fundraising initiatives from initial introduction through successful completion. 5. Strategic Partnerships Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners, referral partners, and industry professionals. Identify collaboration opportunities that enhance the Company's products and services. Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership arrangements. Expand the Company's business network through active engagement with industry associations and networking events. 6. Client Relationship Management Develop long-term relationships with members, investors, and business partners. Understand clients' business objectives and recommend suitable Company solutions. Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly. Encourage repeat business and referrals. 7. Sales Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and sales activities in the Company's CRM system. Prepare weekly and monthly sales pipeline reports. Monitor sales performance against individual targets. Ensure all contracts, agreements, and documentation are complete and properly maintained.
