Facility Maintenance Engineer

Are you passionate about facilities management and building maintenance? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Facility Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team in managing industrial developments across Singapore. Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections of common areas, M&E systems and building services. Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works. Attend to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns. Manage and monitor contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of works. Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, MOM, NEA, PUB and other statutory requirements. Prepare maintenance reports, work orders and inspection records. Assist in budgeting, procurement and evaluation of maintenance quotations. Support the Facility Manager in day-to-day estate operations. Attend after-hours emergencies when required. Prepare to work night shift is a must
