Key Responsibilities 1. System Maintenance & Stability: Proactivelymonitor applications to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. 2. Incident & Problem Management: Lead the resolution of critical incidents, identify root causes of recurring problems, and implement preventive measures. 3. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor application support team members. 4. SLA Compliance: Ensure that application support services meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) 5. Stakeholder Management: Act as the escalation point, communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding system status. 6. Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and maintain policies for support services and incident management. 7. Collaboration: Work with IT business analysts, vendors, and developers to implement enhancements and software upgrades. ๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ 1. Proven expertise in Application Support andTechnical Support 2. Strong Analytical Skills and troubleshootingcapabilities 3. Experience in Team Management and coordinatingwith stakeholders 4. Proficiency in identifying and solvingapplication-related issues efficiently 5. Excellent communication, leadership, andorganizational skills 6. Demonstrated experience in driving processimprovement initiatives (e.g., incident management, knowledge management, orautomation of manual tasks) 7. Hands-on exposure to software testing processes,including regression testing, UAT coordination, or validating production fixes 8. Knowledge of C/C++ programming, and Python is anadvantage 9. Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science,Information Technology, or a related field 10. Priorexperience in financial technology or trading soโ€ฆ
