Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Lead, manage, and motivate department heads and staff to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, including employment, licensing, workplace safety, and operational requirements. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margins. Analyse sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to improve business performance. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special events to drive customer traffic. Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, business partners, and government authorities where required. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally. Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier negotiations to ensure cost-effective operations. Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management and directors. Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for business growth. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of management experience, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, F&B, or club operations. Proven leadership and people management skills. Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in event planning and marketing is an advantage. Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and operational compliance requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
