Programme Executive (Centre-Based)

Requirements Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Social Services or related fields) Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in the community setting, healthcare, or social service sector is preferred Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities Adaptable, with the ability to solve and/or anticipate problems Required to work at Eunos Crescent, 4S Active Ageing Centre @ Eunos Crescent Responsibilities Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the Eunos Crescent community Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services Guide volunteers in executing programme activities. Manage programme budgets and resources Work with other organisations to execute programmes. Work Location The applicant should be willing to work 5.5 days per week at Eunos Crescent.
