Requirements Possess a Diploma in any discipline Willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays Able to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while performing duties Responsibilities Plan and supervise the care and well-being of residents Design and implement programmes and activities to enhance residents’ quality of life Maintain monthly interview records for residents Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment within the Home Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the Home’s premises Work Location The Welfare Homes provide care for destitute persons, and the work location will be either Bukit Batok, Admiralty Street, or Buangkok Green. Acacia Home is a seven-storey facility with a capacity of 250 beds, catering male destitute persons. The workplace is located at Admiralty Street. Bukit Batok Home for the Aged is a three-storey facility with a capacity of 195 beds, catering male and female destitute persons. The workplace is located at Bukit Batok. Tembusu Home at Pelangi Village is a seven-storey facility with a capacity of 190 beds, catering male destitute persons. The workplace is located at Buangkok Green. Thuja Home at Pelangi Village is a four-storey facility with a capacity of 239 beds, catering to female destitute persons. The workplace is located at Buangkok Green.
