About this role

Job Responsibilities Manage lift and escalator installation and modernisation projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project schedules, site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance throughout all phases. Attend site meetings and prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates. Ensure all project works comply with BCA, SS550, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and final project handover activities. Follow up on site issues, provide technical coordination support, and drive project completion. Support procurement and material delivery coordination when required. Requirements Prior experience in the lift and escalator industry is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude and good communication skills are welcome to apply. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Able to work independently and perform well under pressure. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
